HMK iRIS Remote Assistance 

iRIS or internet Remote Interactive Session enables our expert team of support engineers to remotely assist you with setup and troubleshooting of HMK supplied systems.  With a simple ‘single click’ file running on your broadband connected PC, we are able to see your PC screen and any configuration software you are running.  If required we can take control of your PC and assist you.  The application is based on UltraVNC technology and uses 128bit encryption to maintain a high level of security.  As the iRIS application uses an outbound internet connection, no firewall configuration should be necessary.  The application does not install any components or settings on your PC, and terminates as soon as the session is complete.  For more information please use the online Enquiry Form.
