SIMOTION D - Drive based

With SIMOTION D, the SIMOTION functionality and the control unit of the new SINAMICS S120 multi-axis drive system are integrated in one module . In this way, the entire system consisting of the control and the drive is very compact and especially quick to respond. SIMOTION D is offered in three performance variants D425, D435 and D445, which therefore guarantee a very high degree of scalability and flexibility The field of application ranges from single axes through to high-performance multi-axes machines. SIMOTION D already has two PROFIBUS interfaces with PROFIdrive as well as two Industrial Ethernet interfaces onboard. A PROFINET interface is also available as an option.
